Paper self-adhesive labels in rolls – are a practical choice for products that need a neat appearance, sharp print quality, and convenient application (by hand or with a label applicator). The white paper face stock reproduces colors and fine details well, so QR codes and barcodes remain consistently readable. The material does not like direct contact with water, but it tolerates condensation and typical logistics, and lamination protects the print from abrasion.
Paper labels are most often chosen when you need an affordable price, a pleasant “clean” look, and fast batch labeling. The roll format is convenient: you can agree on winding, core size, and orientation for your applicator or simplify manual labeling. Paper works well for standard storage conditions (dry warehouses, shelves, boxes) and for sealing tasks where it is important to show evidence of opening.
Important: if the product has an aggressive composition or labeled items are packed together in one common box, we recommend lamination. It protects the print from abrasion due to rubbing and accidental contact with substances.
Minimum order: printing is done on a 30 cm wide roll. The minimum volume is 10 meters of roll length. After printing, the web is slit into lanes of the required width for your labels.
Coffee, tea, spices, flour, grains, cookies — paper labels are well suited for labeling packaging for such goods under standard storage conditions.
Wine, beer, cider, mead, and other beverages: a paper label highlights “naturalness” and adds authenticity to the brand.
Soap, creams, scrubs, household products. Paper is often chosen when an “eco” look matters; lamination is recommended for better wear resistance.
Labels for candle jars, boxes, and packaging bags — paper looks organic in a craft style.
Sealing delivery boxes, cups, and bags. Easy tearing helps control whether the packaging has been opened.
Labels for parcels and boxes, internal warehouse labeling, and shipment sealing.
Before ordering, you can visit the demo room in Kharkiv or Kyiv: it includes label materials so you can see the texture, feel it, and choose the option that best matches your product.

✨ Wishing you great and useful print materials!
Paper labels are not designed for direct contact with water: when soaked, paper can lose its appearance. However, in most standard scenarios they handle condensation and normal logistics well. If labels rub against packaging or work in tougher conditions, add matte or gloss lamination — it noticeably improves wear resistance.
Paper tears easily when removed and may leave fibers on the surface, so it works as a simple opening indicator. This is useful for food delivery, jam jars, boxes, and parcels: the customer can immediately see if the package was opened. If needed, lamination additionally protects the print and keeps the label looking neat.
For stable applicator performance, confirm the label orientation and winding direction, as well as the core diameter. Available core sizes are 41.2 mm, 50.8 mm, and 76.6 mm. Label pitch and sensor geometry (gap/mark) are also important. If you need multiple label designs on one roll, that can be arranged too.
