Looking for high-quality t-shirt printing with full-color images that don't fade or wear off? Aladdin Print printing house performs sublimation printing on synthetic t-shirts in Kharkiv — starting from 1 piece, with production time from 1 business day. Sublimation technology transfers photo-quality images directly into the fabric fibers, so the print becomes a part of it: it doesn't crack, wash off, or fade in the sun.
Sublimation printing (thermal sublimation) is a technology of transferring full-color images from special paper onto fabric using high temperature (≈190 °C / 374 °F) and pressure. Special inks, when exposed to heat, transition directly from solid to gaseous state, bypassing the liquid phase, and penetrate the structure of synthetic fibers. After cooling, the dye is fixed inside the fabric rather than on its surface — hence the print's unique durability.
This is the fastest method of applying full-color images to a t-shirt: from design to finished product takes mere minutes. That's why sublimation is the optimal solution for short-term events, sports teams, corporate events, and promotional campaigns when you need a large full-color print on tight deadlines.
Sublimation printing works exclusively on synthetic fabrics. The technological requirements are as follows:
Important: sublimation cannot be applied to 100% cotton or dark fabrics. If you need printing on a cotton or colored t-shirt — we recommend DTF printing or screen printing (also available at Aladdin Print).
To choose the right printing technology, focus on the t-shirt fabric and desired result:
Works only on light synthetic fabric (polyester ≥ 80%). Prints unlimited colors, minimum order of 1 piece, withstands 50+ washes. The print is not felt to the touch — it becomes part of the fabric. The best choice for full-color photo prints on polyester.
Suitable for any fabric and color, including cotton and dark t-shirts. Unlimited colors, minimum order of 1 piece, durability of 30–50 washes. A thin layer is felt to the touch. A universal option if the fabric is not synthetic.
Works on cotton and synthetic fabric of any color. Limitation — from 1 to 6 colors per print, minimum order of 20 pieces. Durability 50+ washes, layer is felt to the touch. Cost-effective for large runs with simple logos.
Applied to any fabric of any color. One color per print (vinyl), minimum order of 1 piece, durability 30–50 washes. The print feels like a film. Suitable for lettering, numbers, simple logos.
In short: light polyester — sublimation; cotton or dark fabric — DTF; large run with simple logo — screen printing; lettering and numbers — flex.
Technologically, the process consists of three stages:
The cost of sublimation printing on a t-shirt depends on three factors: print size (A5/A4/A3/all-over), order quantity, and deadlines. We provide free personalized quotes within 30 minutes of receiving your design. Standard production time — 1–3 business days; rush printing — from 1 day.

Yes, but only if its composition is synthetic (polyester ≥ 80%) and it's a light color. Bring the t-shirt to the office in Kyiv (23a Lesi Ukrainky Blvd) or Kharkiv (6/8 Donets-Zakharzhevskoho St) — the manager will check the fabric before printing.
