Custom t-shirt printing is the application of full-colour images (logos, photos, illustrations or text) onto a cotton t-shirt using modern DTF, sublimation, heat transfer or screen printing technologies. Aladdin Print produces made-to-order t-shirts from a single piece, with print sizes up to A3 (297×420 mm). Our production facility is located in Kharkiv, with turnaround starting from 40 minutes after the order is placed. We deliver finished printed t-shirts via Nova Poshta to any city in Ukraine.

DTF printing (Direct to Film) is a modern technology in which the image is first printed onto a special film and then transferred onto the fabric using a heat press at 135–140 °C. DTF works on cotton, polyester and dark t-shirts, withstands 50+ washes and produces vibrant full-colour prints from a single piece. It's the most versatile method for individual orders.
Sublimation printing is a method in which ink penetrates the fibres of the fabric under heat and locks in from within. The print isn't felt to the touch, doesn't fade and doesn't crack. Sublimation is the best choice for white cotton t-shirts with full-colour images up to A3 format.
This technology is ideal for clean logos, sports numbers and 1–3 colour text. Heat transfer is cheaper than full-colour printing and highly durable. Films are available in different textures: matte, glossy, metallic and glitter.
The most cost-effective technology starting from 50 pieces. Low unit cost, high wash resistance (up to 50 cycles), and the ability to match colours by Pantone catalogue. Suitable for corporate orders and large merch batches.

Printing on black t-shirts is done in two stages: first a white underbase is laid down on the fabric, then the colour image is applied on top. This guarantees print vibrancy on a dark background — it looks just as saturated as on a white t-shirt. White t-shirts use standard sublimation without an underbase.
Rush t-shirt printing: when equipment is free — from 40 minutes. During peak hours — 1–2 hours. For orders from other cities, we print on the day of payment and ship on the production day.
Yes, Aladdin Print delivers custom printed t-shirts to any city in Ukraine. Our production is located in Kharkiv, with shipping by Nova Poshta on the day the order is produced. Delivery takes 1–2 business days depending on the city. The cost is based on Nova Poshta tariffs; payment is available on delivery or in advance.
