Size and Printing of Packaging
We manufacture packaging, the layout of which fits on an A3 sheet. We print on A3 sheets and then cut out the box shape from them. 📦
Post-Printing Processing Options
After printing, we offer the following processing options:
- Lamination with glossy film
- Lamination with matte film
- Gold embossing
Cutting Plotter for Small Runs
For small orders (up to 1000 boxes, but more is possible), or if urgent: we use a cutting plotter to get the shape. This allows us to quickly and accurately cut out packaging of any complexity using a cutting contour. The box will be printed on an A3 sheet, after which it will be cut out using the plotter. The speed of cutting and applying fold lines is a few minutes per sheet (one box). Thus, a batch of 1000 boxes will be cut out within a few hours from the start of cutting. ⏱️
Die-Cutting Form for Large Runs
This is a form with a knife and a bending channel, which is installed in a special press, and presses on the sheet, thereby cutting the shape from the sheet. The speed of die-cutting is 20-40 sheets per minute. For large orders (1000+ boxes), we use a die-cutting form for die-cutting. This process ensures high precision and uniformity of each box, reducing production costs for large runs. However, the production of the die-cutting form takes about 3 days, and after the die-cutting form is made, the die-cutting of forms from sheets begins. At the same time, if the die-cutting form is already available, the die-cutting can start immediately. 🚀
Packaging Assembly
We issue packaging in a glued form. Thus, the customer only needs to assemble the box before inserting the product, which is convenient and saves time. 👍
Individual Cutting
If you have a ready-made cutting layout for packaging, we will manufacture the product according to your shape and design. If you do not have your own cutting layout, we offer you our standard options or will develop an individual cutting layout according to your request. 📐
