For small orders (up to 1000 boxes or urgent tasks), a cutting plotter is used. It allows quick production of packaging of any shape without additional die costs. Cutting and creasing take a few minutes per sheet.
For orders from 1000 units, a die is used. This is a special tool that ensures fast and precise cutting. Speed — up to 40 sheets per minute. Die production takes up to 3 days but significantly reduces cost for large volumes.
Boxes are delivered flat, which is convenient for transportation. Assembly takes minimal time and does not require additional tools.
If you already have a layout or structure, we will produce boxes according to your template. Our team can also develop a unique die-line tailored to your product and brand.
