Care Instructions for Mugs: • The printed image is surface-level and less durable than the mug itself. • To maintain the brightness and clarity of the printed image, we do not recommend using the mug in a microwave, oven, dishwasher, or any other conditions where the mug will be heated above 160°C or exposed to prolonged heat at 100°C. • The use of cleaning powders, abrasive or metal sponges may damage the image. • Color changes, loss of image clarity, and mechanical damage will not be grounds for return or exchange.
Production Time and Delivery: • For orders in Kharkiv: same-day pick-up is available. • For orders from other cities: printing is done in Kharkiv, delivery is handled by Nova Poshta, or pick-up is available at our Kyiv branch.
