Quarterly Calendar with Your Logo: Sizes, Models and How to Order Without Mistakes
A quarterly calendar is a wall calendar that shows three months at once: the previous, current and next month. It consists of a poster with your company logo, three calendar pads on a spiral binding and a date slider. The standard poster measures 297×210 mm, and each pad is 297×140 mm. At Aladdin Print, you can order a 2027 quarterly calendar with your own design starting from just one copy.

A banner in a social feed lives for a few seconds. Newsletters get opened every other time. But a calendar is something your partner sees above their desk every morning while checking delivery dates, planning a vacation or counting down to deadlines. That is why, even in 2027, companies that work with regular clients still order calendars. Let’s look at how to choose a model, avoid layout mistakes and get your calendars in time for the holidays.
Why businesses still order quarterly calendars
The reason is simple: it is advertising nobody switches off. Here is where it works best:
- Your partner’s office. A procurement manager plans orders a quarter ahead and looks at the calendar every day. When it is time to reorder, your contact details are right in front of them.
- Warehouses, workshops, reception desks. Where shifts and shipments are planned, three months on one sheet is more convenient than a phone.
- Your own office. A branded calendar with corporate dates reminds the team about deadlines, reporting periods and company holidays.

What a quarterly calendar is made of
Each part has its own name, and knowing it helps when you talk to a manager:
- Poster, or header. The main advertising space: logo, photo, slogan. Printed on thick 350 gsm coated paper that makes colors look rich.
- Calendar pads, or grids. Sheets with the months, printed on 130–170 gsm uncoated or coated paper.
- Advertising fields. Strips under the pads for contacts, a QR code or a list of services.
- Spiral binding. A metal spiral that holds the pads together. White, black or silver.
- Grommet. A metal ring at the top of the poster for hanging the calendar on a hook. Gold or silver.
- Date slider. A transparent window with a red frame. You move it every day, so the current date is always highlighted.

Sizes and models: which one fits your goal
Aladdin Print offers eight models. Most have a 297×210 mm poster, which is A4 in landscape orientation, and 297×140 mm pads. The difference is how much space is left for advertising.
| Model | What’s included | Poster, mm | Pads, mm |
|---|---|---|---|
| K-1 | poster, 3 pads, 3 advertising fields | 297×210 | 297×140 |
| K-2 | poster, 3 pads, 1 advertising field at the bottom | 297×210 | 297×140 |
| K-3 | poster and 3 pads | 297×210 | 297×140 |
| K-4 | poster and one sheet for 3 months | 297×210 | 297×420 |
| K-5 | poster, 1 calendar pad, 1 advertising field | 297×210 | 297×140 |
| K-6 | poster and 1 calendar pad | 297×210 | 297×140 |
| K-7 | die-cut shaped poster and 3 pads | custom, up to 310×440 with bleed | same width as the poster |
| K-8 | fully custom model | based on your idea | based on your idea |
How to choose quickly:
- Need a classic calendar with nothing extra? Go with K-3.
- Want more advertising space? K-1 has three advertising fields, K-2 has one large field at the bottom.
- Short on wall space? K-4 fits all three months on one sheet.
- Want your calendar to stand out among others? K-7 with a shaped poster or the fully custom K-8.
5 mistakes that keep a calendar from working
We see these mistakes in layouts every season. Each one is easy to avoid if you know about it in advance.
- Logo in the technical zone. There are 20 mm zones at the top and bottom of the poster. Holes for the spiral are punched in the bottom one, so anything placed there gets “stitched”. Keep your logo and text higher up.
- Text in the wrong part of the advertising field. The advertising field is partly hidden under the pad, and only the bottom 70 mm or so stay visible. A phone number written at the top of the field will go unseen.
- December 2026 is missing. Why would a 2027 calendar need last year’s month? Because a quarterly calendar always shows three months: previous, current and next. So in January the top pad must show December 2026. If you design a custom grid and forget it, in January the calendar will show only two months instead of three.
- An overloaded poster. A price list, five phone numbers and every service on one header read as noise. People see the poster from a few meters away: a logo, one phrase and a contact work better.
- Ordering in mid-December. In autumn the queue for calendars grows, and the print run may reach your partners after the holidays. More on timing below.
Technical file requirements, including a 2 mm bleed on each side, are listed on the layout requirements page.
How to order a quarterly calendar with your logo
- Choose a model in the quarterly calendars catalog, or describe your task to a manager who will help you choose.
- Send your layout or order a design from the Aladdin Print design studio. Designers work by appointment, and in peak season the wait can be a day or two, so it’s best not to put it off.
- Choose a grid. The standard one comes in white, light blue or grey. A branded grid can be made in your colors and fonts, with your company anniversary or other dates that matter to you.
- Print a proof copy. One calendar to check the colors in your hands, then the full run. If you have several branches or brands, different designs can be printed in one order.
Finished calendars can be picked up at our office in Kharkiv or Kyiv, delivered across Kharkiv by our own courier service, or shipped by Nova Poshta to any city in Ukraine.

When to order calendars for 2027
Printing takes from one day, but the exact turnaround depends on the print run and production workload: all orders go into a single queue. In October and November the queue is still moderate, while in December it grows every day. If your calendars need to reach partners before the holidays, now is the best time to place an order.
The season does not affect quality. Every employee in production checks the previous stage of work, from the manager to the packer, and the whole process runs through an ERP system. That keeps defects to a minimum even in the busiest weeks.
Together with quarterly calendars, clients often order desk calendars for meeting rooms and wall flip calendars for the office. All options are collected in the corporate calendars section.
